Bell Covers — AxMasks™!

Description

Bell covers are available in black or white, and feature high quality, densely woven materials. Developed in partnership with the University of Minnesota Department of Music and their marching band program, these are available for bells sized 3″ to 26″. We have bell covers for Trumpet, Clarinet, Oboe Alto Sax, Tenor Saxophone, Trombone, Baritone, Euphonium, French Horn, and Tuba. Help keep everyone safe this year!

The white bell covers are made from a 5.3 oz woven cotton. The black ones use a lighter 3.5 oz woven cotton. These are NOT STRETCH KNIT like the competitors, which will not filter vapor droplets. Additionally, our bell covers can be washed and dried in high heat. The French horn cover has an opening for a hand with a short sleeve. There is also a 12″ cover that does not have the hand hole.

The trumpet and trombone drawstring “bag” is more playable than a bell cover, as the terminal nodal point sits slightly beyond the plane of a trumpet bell (physics!). The bag can be a great aid in playing high, exposed solos, and is very similar to our GnatCatcher™ Bag Mute that we have sold for years. Getting the director’s hand? Bag it! These play GREAT!
